In Germany and abroad, all our products are shipped with DHL GoGreen. This way your Ovall products will arrive comfortably at your home.

For deliveries to a DHL Packstation, please always include your postal number.

All orders received on a business day before 11:00am can be packed and shipped to you on the same day. All orders after 11:00 am will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery times

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us and a tracking link with which you can track your order.

Shipping time:

Germany: 2-3 business days

Rest of EU+CH: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 7-14 workdays

Shipping costs:

Germany: from 45€ order value free of charge, otherwise €4.90

Rest of EU + CH: from 99€ order value free of charge, otherwise €9.90

Rest of the world: from 120€ order value free of charge, otherwise €14.90

Returns:

If you are not 100% convinced, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. Send us an email to hello@ovallskincare.de together with your order number and/or full name.

You can then return the package at your own expense to:
